A - what's with the new question thing, and B - textile quality?

How do you know what the quality is of a textile? Doens't matter which one, just in general.

For part B, the answer is for the general case, you do not know and can not define textile quality.  Textile quality is defined by the company buying it to sell and the person buying it in the store.  There are people that will claim, nothing sold at K-Mart has any quality.  They only consider things with "designer" labels "quality".  The same when companies buy textiles.  The have a set of specifications based on the yarn, fabric construction, dyeing, finishing, overall properties, appearance and many other things.  This is how the "quality" is defined.  And there is no single parameter to use.  One textile may have greater strength, but look terrible and have a bad feel.  Which would you say has more quality.

    I do not understand your A part of the question.
