A white spot just appeared on my tooth overnight! wtf

Ive gotten one before and it goes away but i need this one to go away by tonight! omgg what do i do please help me and i dont think its a huge problem bc it just appeared and they always go away ahhh

You cannot get rid of it by tonight and i'm really not sure what it is. but you should go to an emergency dentist if you are THAT worried!

I think its got to do with not having enough calcium or something like that drink some milk or eat cheese try it see if it works

You must sleep with your mouth open, or at least you did last night because over exposure to air will cause the white spots to show more readily because it dries the teeth.  Next time when you leave the dentists office and they have dried your teeth, check it out, you'll have many you didn't know about.
