A whole bottle of ammonia leaked in my trunk. How do I get the smell out?

Open it and let it air out.  If you must close it put in some charcoal (in a paper bag).

Well I would rent a steam cleaner and clean out your trunk, leave it open for as long as you  can.

After it drys then put another mat or blanket on the bottom of the trunk to help cover up the odour.  It will take time for this odour to completely evaporate.

You can try some baking soda and a great vacuum.

Remember to remove the light as you keep the trunk door open.
