I few days ago I watched a disturbing video in TV on CNN. It was so disturbing that I got scared. A few hours later I went to my room and began feeling as if someone was watching me. I felt cold and began hearing noises. I was alone so I called my cousin to come over because I was alone. When I turned around I swear I saw a faint image of a woman. Was I beeing paranoid because I watched the disturbing image? Or was it real. Im not a believer of ghosts and I watch scary movies all the time but it was the first time that I was really scared.

  1. It could be a ghost. You should check the history of your house and find out if anyone died there. You might even notice someone.

  2. It's not paranoia and it is normal to feel fear as a reaction to the disturbing visions that you just saw. Perhaps there was something specific in what you saw that made it register in your mind and triggered a fear effect. The visions, images, or anything related to what you saw would linger on your mind for a certain period and we may actually see those images whenever we would stare at a blank wall or if we are in a dark place.

  3. Maybe you opened up to the spirit world ..when you hadn't before. But, it could be just from seeing something that really scared you on tv. Can't imagine anything on CNN any worse than the war..and we see that all the time. You also might be having panic attacks. ..they put a lot of fear in you.  (but they usually don't cause you to see spirits) I have panic attacks all the time and don't see them. BEFORE  the panic attacks..a lot of spiritual things happened...but I only saw a couple of spirits..maybe only one. I rarely heard voices either...but had a lot of ESP..TOO MUCH for my own good. I think I had clairvoyance too...or remote viewing...and I drew pictures that later "happened". I won't draw anymore...or try to write "inspirational" things.

  4. Believe in the paranormal??

  5. You are probably thinking too much about it. Try to stay calm and pretend they don't exist in your mine. Grab a cup of hot chocolate and watch t.v. or entertain with your family. You might be imagining too much.

  6. There are instances where a person will have a disturbing image "stuck" in the subconscious, and it will revisit them later.  Perhaps the images were so disturbing that this happened to you.

Many persons have felt something "weird" was going on, only to discover it was the "suggestion" that was part of a disturbing experience.  This is Totally Normal, and you should not be overly concerned.  CNN is known to dramatize their "specials", and make them sensational.  Again, I would not be overly worried.

If you continue having these feelings, try having another person to be with you when you experience them.  If both of you experience the Same Thing, then you may wish to consult with a paranormal group in your area.   But before doing that, give it a chance to resolve itself.

I've been a Paranormal Examiner for 28 years now, and I don't think you have anything to worry about, regardless.

    Hope this helps!

  7. might just be paranoia

  8. It might have been a ghost and then it might have been your over-active imagination from watching the video. Maybe check out the history of the house you live in.

  9. it might be your spiritual guide they tend to appear when you're going trou rough time

  10. My friend our brains are amazingly complicated things as you know, i've experienced similar situations myself after we have experienced a disturbing sight as you did it is only natural for us to feel a little jumpy but i have a very open mind on the sublect as in my past i have dabbled in "mind altering substances" so i know our brains are capable of playing many tricks in different ways visual, physcal, taste and smells and with some practice i sometimes was able to control these thoughts. Please do not try thiws yourself but I only give this as an example of how our minds can play tricks on us.
