A wild mushrrom turned colors when opened?

my younger brother opend a HUGE wild mushroom today he said it was yellow on the inside and then turned green then purple instantly..... what type of mushroom is this?

You brther is trying to fool you. There are no such mushrooms in existense, unless you live in Alaska. But the colour change is not possible. How old is your brother?
