  1. I am 47 and I have had a Will now for the last 24 years, I worked in the legal field all of my life and I saw what happened to families where a loved one died and had no Will.  Oh and because I had three children and I had to make sure should anything happen to me, that my daughters were cared for both physically and financially.  To all parents, no matter your age, DO A WILL, if there is such a thing as resting in peace, a Will would give some added security and let your wishes be known as to your children.   God Bless.

  2. I'm 43 yo and my husband and I have had wills for about 22 years.  Yes, we have kids and we also have directives about what will happen to our kids if, God forbid, something would happen to the both of us.

  3. We did a will as soon as we had kids - in our early 30's.  We wanted to be sure that if anything happened to us, they would be taken care of by people that we chose to be their guardians.  We also wanted to make sure they would get what little estate we have free and clear and that there would be no problems with the transfer of property. Even if you don't have much property, if you have kids, it's well worth it to have a lawyer draw up a simple will.  It felt weird doing it at first, but I felt so much more at peace when it was done.

  4. I'm 37 and have had a will with m wife for over 2 years....if you have assest of any kind I think a will is essential so your stuff stays in your family.  I have 3 kids and I would want them to get everything instead of the state....this goes hand in hand with good life insurance.
