A windows password problem?plz urgent

i have forgotten my user account password now windows lock and does not start.now plz tell me what is the solution?

If your using Windows XP (which im assuming you are), On the BLUE login screen when you boot your computer, you should see a list of icons of profiles on your computer. Near your avatar by the profile name there should be a question mark which says Forgotten Your Password? Click it and it will give you a hint as to what your password is when you created the profile,

contact dell and then you will have to give your ip address and they will ask some questions to check if the owner is you and they will give password=] oh and did you prepare a hint for your password?

If you use the Classic Logon Window in which you have to enter the user name and password yourself I have a little trick that might help you...You please IM me or send E-mail because it's a bit too long....

But if you use the usual Xp logon screen which you click on the username to log in... I have nothing for you...sorry...But you can use the hint to remember....

If you have other user account try that

or for time being work in safe mode with networking

sign on as administrator on the local machine.  There may not be a password set for this account.  Then go it user management and reset the password for your user account.

Reboot your pc and press F8 button before the windows xp screen comes , and click on Start Windows in Safe Mode with Networking , you should click on Administrator account , you can access your pc , change the password you forgot or make a new account .
