"We must become members of a new race, overcoming petty prejudice, owing our ultimate allegiance not to nations, but to our fellow men within the human community."

A wise man once said this, what do you guys think? Will this ever be possible?

  1. Seems Philip H sorted out your delusionary dream. This makes more sense from a true wise man:

“The worst form of INEQUALITY is to try to make unequal things equal” - Aristotle (384-322BC)

  2. It is a platitude.  The words are a quote from Haile Sellasie, who poisoned and plotted his way to the throne, and was perhaps more of a crafty man, than a wise one.  He is chiefly remembered for executing Belay Zeleke, (who liberated Abyssinia from the Italians while Sellasie took refuge in Europe), and for annexing Eritrea thus causing  the terrible war which resulted.

  3. It was Haile Selassie, if you do a little research into what Rastafarian's believe and say, you may disappointed. His "new race" wouldn't include white people.

  4. wow...what great words of wisdom...that is how it is supposed to be like...but when you have greedy people that want power and money...it gives others who want to do good not chance....

  5. why cant somebodys dream world be one where every one just worries about them selves and not the other guy. you do your thing ill do mine

  6. Ever been there?

  7. Why would you be a member of a new race unless you were prejudiced towards the previous one. Most people give their allegiance ultimately to their family,so he obviously didn't think it out too much

  8. no

  9. Nice words,If only!

There is another saying, that I Think is Valuable:

    "It Isn't Only Bacon,

That can Be Cured by Hanging!!"

    Also A Wise man!

  10. What is this silliness? We must become one race? That will not do at all. I do not want to be forced to copulate with Matabele women, I am sorry. What a disgusting idea. Your man is not very wise at all.

  11. people r to stubborn i don't think it would be possible

  12. So, in your answer to Mo you state that it is OK to murder if your victim believes in Islam?
