why kick her? I can go to jail and if she didn't know about my husband being married before she got poregnant he's the one thats wrong.

Tell her to get lost. She may be some lying piece of filth. If it were true I wouldn't kick her. She owes me nothing. But I would beat my husband down because HE owes me.

But I wouldn't kick her cuz thats like a felony or something...lol but I would invite her to sit down, call my husband to the room, and excuse myself to start packing my bags. If he steps out on you once, whos to say he won't do it again?

1.  Stop everything Im doing.

2.  Have my husband come to the door.

3.  Determine which one of them is lying, unless they are both telling the truth (its possible.  my husband would admit if I asked him.)

4.  Start packing a bag.

5.  Throw the bag in his face and say the following:

You're lucky Im not a violent person otherwise I'd strip you, rip off the 'family jewels' and sell them on ebay right after I file for divorce.  

6.  Slam the door on his behind.

7.  Shout through the door, loud enough so he can hear me:

don't jump to conclusions - it could be someone he pissed off and is just trying to get back at him, or it could be someone trying to get something from you. Talk to your husband, get DNA testing done and take it from there.
