A woman kills her husband with lamb chop book?

when i was in 8th grade we read a story about a woman who murdered her husband with a lamb chop... i cant remember what it was called! please help me out

I remember reading that sort story in English last year too!  It is called Lamb To The Slaughter.

You were kinda on the right track because she doesn't kill her husband with a lamb chop book it was a frozen lamb she got from the freezer. The short story is written by Roald Dahl.

That story was how a women destroyed her evidence by feeding the evidence to the police men! Pulling the wool over their eyes lol!

I read it from a selection in a book in 8th grade, too! Haha, coincidence.
