A woman with a DUI borrows a car and then...?

What would happen to the owner of the car in the following situations where a woman with a DUI (license lost) and borrows said car (owner doesn't know about the DUI).

1. This woman is pulled over for a routine traffic violation (failing to use blinker for turn, etc)?

2. This woman is in an automobile accident?

3. Another DUI?

If the woman's license is suspended or revoked because of the DUI, She will recieve a ticket for the violation/accident/2nd DUI. She will also receive a ticket for driving while suspended or revoked. She could also be arrested. The vehicle would be seized and impounded by the police.

The owner of the vehicle could also receive a ticket for allowing a suspended driver to operate their car.
