  1. You mean for the period? For the period, you start getting the symptoms. (headache, cramps, etc.)

  2. Sometimes you don't know. You would just take of your underwear one day and see it. Usually you can feel it, because you would be a little wetter than usual. Some women experience cramps, headaches and things like that, but others don't.

  3. i can feel it coming on, cramping in my lower belly/back area, like a tightness, sometimes im nauseated, and it does not come out of the same area that pee does, i think u need to get a book on it, i think they have them at the library.

  4. I know it's coming because I'll start to feel cramps a couple hours before. Then I can feel it flow out, it's different from pee because you can't control it and it's coming out of a completely different whole.

  5. i know because i break out and sometimes eat more than usual

  6. not sure if you have it or not. you know when you do because you will experience bleeding.. and then you should be on a cycle from here onwards which allows you to know when its coming.
