  1. As I'm not a fan of United I don't really like to say, but since you asked... ;)

    1. Ruud van Nistelrooy

    2. Ole Gunnar Solskjær

    3. Wayne Rooney

Obviously that's me speaking as a relatively young football fan.

  2. 20LEGEND

  3. He is a player which can be the next superstar. He will always strive for future even though he retired. My ranking for him:

    Outstanding!

  4. As a super sub. He was wanted by Tottenham many years ago but the baby faced assasin turned them down. Personally I think he was a fool to do so.

  5. great striker mr super sub shame injury forced him out early

  6. Well, considering he was mainly used as a sub says it all, he had a better success rate than Rooney probably does now and we all know how much chances Rooney gets.

I think one of the reason we like/d Solskjaer so much is because of his humble attitude, he was always friendly and when ever he scored he always looked like he was doing it for fun.

I remember when Fergie first signed him, i came home and my dad told me that this Solskjaer guy has scored and he looked pretty good, i was impressed because its a good feeling when an unknown player turns out to be a great player, and in time a true legend. Ronaldo needs to take note, the way Solskjaer composed himself is the template for anyone striving for greatness. Players like him are hard to come by.

To the first answerer, there could not be a more ignorant answer than yours, how could he ever regret staying at United? The success he has had at United is was beyond the comprehension of a Spurs fan.

  7. I'd put him after Cantona on striker ratings. I really wish he hadn't retired, he deserved a second CL medal and if he'd stayed in the squad he might have helped influence our younger players. A player that rival fans can't hate and i wish him loads of success with the reserves.

  8. he was.the baby face assassin

    a legend

100 years from now ole's name will be still be mention...

one of the clubs best strikers in its history...

his ratio of shots to shots on target is crazy....

    rarely misses the target...

    A REAL UNITED LEGEND!!!!!!!

  9. Supersub

  10. I would rank him highly, defnitely a Man United Legend,(Something Ronaldo wont ever be)

Id give him a 7/10 as a striker(In his day)

    :)

  11. a hate united with a passion but Solskjaer i could'nt knock as he proved himself more than most with the goals if you ask any epl fan would they have Shrek or Babyface the majority would say Solskjaer

as Rooney is c**p to Ollie

  12. Super sub and a clinical finisher. He was by no means the greatest striker as there have been so many including Bobby Charlton, Denis Law, Mark Hughes, Ruud Van Nistelrooy to name but a few! He will always be remembered for his winner against Bayern Munich in the Champions league in 1999 and that is good enough for me!
