Well, it's not a chart, it's a flipping BOOK.  And each company has it's own book.  It's going to depend on the type of disability, how many more years until retirement age, the ability to retrain for a different job, etc.  Benefits vary wildly by state - some states, you get cut off after two or three years, no matter what.

    If you're looking for pain and suffering - there is no pain and suffering payout for workers comp.  It's PURELY lost wages and medical costs, and regulated BY STATE.
