Hey, Im 15 and i weigh about 135 pounds and my height is 5' 6. I have a gym membership and i go 3 or 4 times a week and im trying to tone up and work on my abs and upper body strength in particular. When i go, i usually work out for about an hour and 15 but im not sure what gives me the best results. A plan would be much appreciated also what foods in particular should I eat.
