What's a good workout routine that will help me maintain my fitness and workout the muscles that are used when swimming freestyle? And I'm trying to keep it indoors so no running or anything until I get a treadmill lol

  1. You can create your own workout by mixing up the following:

    jog in place

    squats

    push ups

    free weights to keep your arms toned

    jumping jacks
