A yahoo group is listed under a accual clubs name but is not in any way part of our National club. ?

Question

theres a old unactive group with our Club logo and name on it but it was never established by our club or given permission to use our logo..I've tried to contact the admin of the Pinto Car Club of America "PCCA" but we're not getting any replies ... Not wanting to cause grief but we like to get a little dialog going of the groups images and titles to be removed if possible..
