A yahoo group keeps sending me messages. I want it to stop HOW?

How do I get out of a yahoo group which I never joined in the 1st place?

I think that if you block them or just make a new yahoo account.  I dont know for sure.

Go to the group, click edit membership along the top. In the next window scroll down and untick where it says individual email then you can tick pick up your mesages at the site, receive a daily digest or no email. Click save changes.to leave the group. Go to the group's  site, click on edit membership along the top.  In the next window scroll down and tick leave group Click save changes and you should be out.  It may take a day to take effect

well see if you can ge into that group..if you can go to the top and where it says edit membership click and go in and look to your right at the bottom and leave group..so if you were in that group that would be the only why of knowing..there is also another way you can find out if your in any groups..look to your right and to your right on the top if you see the words MY GROUPS..click on it and it willl show you all the groups your in..that is another way of knowning if you are
