A yellow triangle with a black ! appears on my task bar but disappears whenever I click on it. What's it mean?

Every time I right click on it, it disappears. I tried hovering my mouse over it as well to see if a little pop up would come up and tell me what it means but it doesn't.

When I get those same triangle it means that I have new upgrades for my computer.

try restarting your computer that might fix it. the memory might be low
