A your american people is in other country cannot go home beacuse

no money , any 1 can help him to go home ,lend money to him he is stranded , if he reach home will pay u , his travellers check cannot convert into cash any 1 who will help pls

he can contact the us govt where he is and they will get him back to the usa.

contact the US embassy , if u are able to post this question i am sure than u could also get the phone numbers of the embassy of the country u speaking of . u could also post here the name of country u speak of so i or someone else can help u find those numbers .

are you also the same guy that has the thousand of dollars in the checking account that just needs us (poor ignorant people) to give you money so that you can somehow s***w us..  It is really sad in this day and age that you cannot even help a person w/o out fear of being hurt somehow..
