A yugioh card (continous trap) that can negate all spell and traps but this card?

As they have responded, there is a Continious Trp Card that negates either Trap Cards or Spell cards, BUT there is NONE yet that negates both at the same time.

You can try to combine them with creatues as well Jinzo and I dont remember I think its a Magician the one that negates all spells, not sure.

Royal Decree can negate all traps.

Imperial Order negates spells. This card is banned, though.

Royal Decree will negate all traps, it is semi limited and Imperial Order will negate all spells, but it is forbidden.

Royal Decree- Negates traps (Semi Limited)

Others are Spell Canceler and Jinzo, but those are monsters...  

I think what DrakeX is thinking of is Chaos Command Magician (negates effects of monsters hat target it) and that's not one.
