AA Car Data Check Report says ; Vehicle at high risk of fraud or theft.?

If the car is recorded as being at 'High Risk', a third party is concerned that is is being sold without their knowledge, and there is a chance that it is being sold fraudulently. You should not proceed with the purchase until Customer Services have fully investigated it on your behalf.

The queston is i like the car but i am going to wait for result. dou think is very risky to buy this?

does the person have the log book ect?? if you own the log boo you own the car surely
