AAAAA I need help with my eyeshadow???

Ok well normally I use more of the neatural colors butI am starting to look for something a little more intense. I have light skin, blonde hair,blue eyes...Also when I strt to apply my eyeshadow the eyeshadow kinda flicks and dusts off into to places i dont want it! Whay do I do?

  1. Wet a brush or a pointed makeup q-tip then dip it into a dark blue eye shadow (navy shimmer is a good color), then line your eyes with it.  The mixture shouldn't be too watery or it will run, so mix it a little in the shadow to make it a paste.  This should be easier to control.  Then add a sheer color shadow (light brown/pink).  So that way it's sheer and can go a little bit of anywhere and not ruin the look.  

    If you are having trouble with the make up staying use a primer like Mary Kay eye primer or MAC has one, so does Smashbox but the last two are more expensive.  Nuetrogena used to have a primer I don't know if it's still in drugstores tho.


  2. if unwanted eyeshadow goes where its not supposed to go, get an earbud and put foundation on it, then apply where the dust goes.

    try orange. orange looks LUSH on pale skin, and for that extra dramatic look, try colour liquid liner on your upper lid, and make amy winehouse flicks outwards.
