How do you guys wash your trays?

How ofen are the trays changed??

are the trays particularly cleaned well??

From my experience aafes restaurant employees wash the trays when there is a stack built up and they need them.  What do you mean by changed?  And typically most are cleaned well but some slip past without being well done.
