AARGH! Is there a way to retrieve all my deleted Limewire tracks?

I deleted them all! :(

Is there a way to get them back?

If you have an ipod with the tracks on, you can use iDump to get them back on your computer, a program which you can just google. If not, restore your computer to a few days ago (or whenever you had the songs), you can do this by going on start>all programs>accessories>system tools>system restore

Hve you got a recycle bin 4 ur computer? If you have then go onto it and they should all be there if not just download them again?
