How do i find the length of the minor arc AB , the area of the triangle ACB , and the area of the minor sector CAB

  1. Area of sector = R^2 * a / 2

    R = 6 meters

    a = 120 degrees

    Area of triangle = Area of sector - ((R^2 / 2)*(pi*a/180 - sin(a) )

    which is the area of the sector - the area of the segment

    Arc length =  2 * R * pi * a/360

    1/3 of the circumference in this case -- 120/360 = 1/3

    .
