OK SOo HERES THE DEAL...I ALREADY HAVE A 2 YEAR CONTRACT WITH T-MOBILE BUT I WANT 2 GET THE SIDEKICK 2008 BUT THE THING IS THAT I DONT KNOW IF I HAVE 2 PAY THE FULL PRICE WHICH IS 300 BUCKS OR WILL THEY GIVE ME THE INSTANT DISCOUNT?

Probably you get at least a partial discount, or a full discount depending on when your contract ends and when you last upgraded your phone. You can view your personalized upgrade phone pricing online. Log in to my.t-mobile.com with your mobile number, and the "upgrade" link is under the Shop link on the left.

How long have you had your current contract?  If you are toward the end of it, many carriers will allow you to upgrade without paying full price.  If you call the number at the site below, they can tell you when you are eligible for an upgrade.
