  1. Sounds like an electrical spike to the ECM. caused a brain f**t in the computer. especially with the hard start and the abs ,light resetting after re start . check  bat connections and, ground straps. Have a great one!! Jake.

  2. You could have a bad wheel sensor that sends a signal to the computer for ABS braking. It also could be the ABS module it self. In any rate a scanner must be used to find the issue, unless the mechanic is lucky and there is an obvious broken wire or issue.

  3. When the ABS light comes on and stays on it means that there is an electronic problem with the vehicle. First check the brake fluid and make sure that it has plenty in the reservoir. If that does not work, then take it into a mechanic and have it checked out immediately. It could be a lose connection on one of the brake pads or it could be the ABS module itself, which can be expensive.

Since it was an intermitent problem, it may have corrected itself, however it is better to be safe than sorry.

  4. you need to get checked your abs sensors and replace when the (ABS) light illuminates on dash board its means that your ABS sensor isnt working

  5. check your brake fluid level.  it's the container right against the fire wall on the drivers side right above the steering column... usually.  if it's low the brake light will come on.  otherwise, get the brakes checked out.  that and the steering are the two most important safety items on the car.
