    -|-|-| -9||| = -9, anything inside of the || is going to be positive, since the last negative sign is out is of the ||, its -9.


  2. The equation | t | = 0 has only one solution, t = 0

    Any equation of the form of the second will be either 9 or -9, depending on whether the last negative sign is inside or outside the last set of absolute value bars. If the sign is inside, the answer is positive and if the sign is outside, the answer is negative. Since the sign is outside, the answer is -9
