The Rossoneri vice-president has stated that the friendly win over Chelsea and Schalke proves that the club still holds a very capable squad.

from around the world.
The Diavolo have recently sold two of their best players, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Zlatan-Ibrahimovic-c38029, to Paris Saint-Germain in a recent deal, and the move has not been received well by fans and the players, with many suggesting the transfers mark the demise of
the Italian giants.
Galliani has now moved to quell the unrest within the supporters, and has pointed out that the two friendly wins against two very competitive sides stand testament to the fact that they still have a very good squad at their disposal.
The Rossoneri chief went on to praise http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Daniele-Bonera-c10109’s performance in the defence, and also hailed the multi-pronged attacking strategy of the club.
While talking to the press, the 67-year-old said:
"In less than a week we have beaten the reigning European champions and the team ranked third in the Bundesliga. This confirms the fact that we have a good squad available to us. [Daniele] Bonera is proving himself to be a great defender, while the defence
is holding up well. In the attack, the fact that we did not give so many points of reference makes us dangerous and unpredictable; midfielders like [Urby] Emanuelson are linking up well.”
Galliani went on to stress upon the importance of spirit with which the club divulges into its activities, and insisted that the enthusiasm can make all the difference for an outfit.
The Diavolo vice-president was adamant that AC Milan must look to develop their own stars, instead of buying them from the transfer market for astronomical sums.
"But obviously the most important thing is always the spirit with which we deal with things. The top players, I have already said, should not be bought, but created.”
AC Milan will play the opening game of the 2012-13 campaign against the newly promoted Sampdoria.
