Massimiliano Allegri has admitted to mistakes in the league campaign, and has urged the team to be at their best in the remaining league games of the season.

The Rossoneri are set to host Genoa at San Siro in their next Serie A clash on Wednesday, and Allegri has stated that the team cannot afford anything less than the best.
The Diavolo chief admitted to mistakes in their last league fixture, and stated that the team has not been at their technical best recently.
The manager stated that there is nothing to hide the fact that their performance has substantially deteriorated from last month, and pointed out to the lack of solidarity in the team after conceding against Bologna. The coach insisted that the team will
need to pull up their socks if they are to challenge Juventus for the Scudetto.
While talking to the press, the manager for the Devils said:
“The last performance fell short. We have also made technical errors recently. It is true that we are not as bright as a month ago, but there should be no excuses. Against Bologna we became a little disunited after they scored. We need to limit our mistakes,
we must improve and be more skilled as a team.”
Allegri admitted that Juventus have deservedly taken the lead in Serie A standings, but warned that they can still turn the tables in the remaining five games in the league.
The Rossoneri manager insisted that the target is not just to win the league, but also to score more points than the last season. He stated that he can list down a lot of reasons for the decline, but insisted that none of them could be used as an excuse
for falling short of league supremacy.
