AC Milan to buy Kevin Prince-Boateng; Nesta, Ambrosini and Seedorf wait futures yet to be decided
AC Milan are optimistic about reaching an agreement with CFC Genoa for the co-owned midfielder, Kevin Prince Boateng. Genoa have been joking about the price tag of the midfielder and have raised it connecting it to the player’s dancing skills.
The Rossoneri and the Rossoblu currently co-own the attacking midfielder and as the summer transfer window approaches, the current Serie A Champions are looking forward to buying the player with exclusive rights.
Milan CEO Adriano Galliani, talking about the deal, seemed confident with the progress of the negotiations between the two outfits. Galliani said:
“We’ll find an agreement, Boateng will be our first choice attacking midfielder next season. I spoke with Genoa’s Enrico Preziosi yesterday about him. He joked that he’d increased the price for Boateng on account of his dancing abilities.”
It is highly possible that Boateng would be staying with the Serie A giants. However, there would be some high profile players that would be leaving the outfit by the end of the season. The contract of these players expires next month and owing much to their
age factor, the Rossoneri would let go of these assets.
Mark Van Bommel, Clarence Seedorf and the Milan http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Captain-c8314, Massimo Ambrosini, are the players who are having speculations regarding their future at San Siro. The Diavolo Chief, addressing the problems regarding these players, said:
“The talks will start tomorrow. The first to meet with us will be http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Massimo-Ambrosini-c24579 and then the rest. The order of which we are meeting the players is of no significance – it just depends on
our schedule and theirs seeing as the squad returns to training on Wednesday.”
Other high profile players that have gone through the same undecided fate are http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alessandro-Nesta-c4735. Pirlo has been on Juventus radar for sometime now and reports from Italy suggest that the playmaker would be moving to the Turin giants by the
end of the season.
