AC unit not running

Question

We have a split system unit FMU4460N6l
The unit fires up for about 1 or 2 secounds then shuts down.
The power light will flash once and stop for @ three secounds then flash 4 times.
hope someone can help me fire this unit up as it's starting to warm up.
we have 4 indoor units of this outdoor unit.
