Question:

ACCURACY/SIGHT problems with air pistol????

I have a colt 1911 air pistol.

Whenever, I aim at the target, the shot goes higher.

Basically, wherever I aim, the shot goes upward.

The sight is only adjustable to the left or right.

How do I correct this accuracy problem with the air pistol???

  1. File down the rear sights.

  2.   The same as you would with a real 1911 adjust the height of the rear or front sight by filing to adjust shot placement, or just aim lower. Myself I just learned to aim lower so anyone who uses my gun misses. More fun for me that way.
