  1. Aveeno Hand and Body Lotion and Vaseline

Use Aveeno Hand and Body Lotion.  It's the best!  I put it on my hands, elbows and legs each morning and before bedtime.  It lasts all day long!

For deep down overnight moisturizing, wash your hands thorougly in warm water with moisturizing hand soap, slather some vaseline on your hands and then put cotton gloves on and sleep that way.

  2. Soak your hands in a container of plain warm water for fifteen minutes. This step alone helps to rehydrate dry hands. Then, dab- don't rub- your hands with a soft towel. Don't dry your hands thoroughly, just dab them so they're not drippy wet anymore.

Next, apply a thick layer of petroleum jelly all over your hands. Make sure you cover every inch of skin from your fingertips to your wrists. And, make sure the jelly gets applied to the sides of your fingers- a place that's often overlooked.

Finally, gently place a pair of soft, clean gloves onto your hands. Or, use a pair of wool socks if you don't have gloves. When you wake up in the morning, your hands will still feel a bit greasy. To remedy this, gently wipe off the excess petroleum jelly with a clean, soft cloth or a tissue. You'll find your hands will be moisturized and smoother to the touch. the cracks will have begun to heal. and it will no longer be rough. do this every night before you go to ebd. if you dont have jelly then use olive oil or regular cooking oil. try to keep your hands away from cloregen

  3. Sally Hansen Miracle Lotion. You see the difference in over a night! Put some lotion, (moisturizing) on them too! My school doesn't start until Thursday. Wow. Good luck!

    Hope this helped=)

  4. Get some vaseline, not the lotion kind, just plain old fashioned vaseline. Rub it over the surfaces of your hands (the affected areas). Use a good amount. Then get a pair of latex gloves or thin plastic gloves (for handling food) and pull them over your hands. For the rest of the day keep the gloves on when doing daily activities. Your hands should be extremely soft the next day (sleep with the gloves on). It's not the most comfortable method but it's extremely effective.

  5. Rubbing ground coffee (preferably used) works really well for exfoliating and makes them super soft. after you're done that, because caffeine is a dehydrator put some regular old fashioned vaseline and wear some gloves, preferably cotton cos you want something that can breathe. Then sleep with them over night. Your skin will be silky smooth.

  7. Use oil and rub it in..if its really scaly and the first skin has split,  then use Crystaside.

    Hope this helps!

  8. lotion. every time it dries put more on.

  9. lotion and if that doesn't work then get some dry rice, food color it, let it dry and rub that stuff all over your hands! it sounds like it's not gonna work but trust me it will. if it fails on you then sorry i got nothing left!

  10. i have the same problem! it sucks i know!well..........try not to scrub things with your bare hands and don't get things like bleach etc. on your hands..........use gloves and moisturisers........it's a long process and don't to rush it........hope this helps!
