ACL surgery TOMOROW!!!! WHat do i expect when its over? Will it hurt a lot?

As with all surgery, there will be some pain. When you wake up you won't feel much of anything because of all the pain meds and novocaine they shoot in there. It usually comes the next day, but in time, you'll be glad you had it done. They will give you a prescription for a Narcotic pain reliever such as Vicodin, so take it as prescribed and you should get through this will little discomfort. I certainly hoe so for ypour sake sir. good for you there will be relief at last for you have been waiting ... all else is usually the same possibly some discomfort, today the doctors have a handle on all of the rest you are in good hands

My son had this done and his words not MINE!

It hurt like a MF.

he has suffered a lot . however each experience is unique. so please remain calm and do not be afraid to ask for medication if you need it.

his knee gives him loads of problems still
