ACP-EU Relations?

Good people, I am searching for some information ican't seem to find; perhaps I'm too tired. Anyway, I seek for documents on the <B>Process of setting up the ACP-EU Common Market</B>. I have searched the web, called the EU library to no avail, yet. I'm still searching but whilst do so I need your help. Thanks
