  1. I am the queen of being stressed, but I am telling you that you just need to calm down.  I have taken the ACT three times.  I went from a 24, to a 25, to a 30.  I only studied the night before.  What you need to do is study this book by Princeton Review.  It is called the "Princeton Review Crash Course to the ACT."  It is a regular book size and only about eighty pages long.  It helps you understand the kind of questions that the ACT is going to ask.  I am telling you that you have to pick up this book.  It is like a miracle book.

  2. It really depends on what's works better for you as an individual. Me, for example, didn't study at all and pulled a 31 my first time. But, other people need to study to do well. If I were you, I would buy an ACT review book to familiarize yourself with the exam. Learn some tips and tricks and take a few practice tests to know what to expect the day you take the test. If you put forth the effort, nothing can hold you back. I promise, it may seem intimdating, but the ACT is not that bad lol.

Hope this helps and good luck :)
