So i really want to take acting further. Im from ENGLAND, and im nearly 15 years old and i want to attend more castings, in hope of being in film/television. I would ideally love to take part in Disney. I have no idea where to start though...? How do i find out about castings? Advise on getting started would be great. Thanks.

  1. hey filmstar looks like you have got high ambitions!!

you shoud try audtions which take place in higher class i mean the ones that are held all over england or atleast all over your state :)

try joining acting classes which provide you stage perfomances

(IF YOU BECOME A SUPERSTAR BECAUSE OF MY ADVISE THAN MAKE SURE YOU TAKE MY NAME IN YOUR INTERVIEWS :-] )

  2. well disney is hard especially if your in England because most auditions take place here in Los Angeles but I'm sure there are auditions for different kind of shows that come from England

  3. You are going to need a good agent, a good resume (which means a lot of practice and training), and a great headshot. A headshot is basically a picture of you that is in 8 by 10 in size and is done by a professional. A resume is all the experience, training, and info about you. You will need a headshot and resume to send to an agent before they choose to represent you and if you want to be casted in a production. Remember agents don't have to represent you. Your resume and headshot is what chooses if they want to represent you and help you to get acting jobs. This is why you need a lot of practice, training and experience. You also need to send your resume to MORE THAN ONE agent. Just because one agent doesn't want you doesn't mean other agents wont. Agents help you get jobs in acting. They get 10% of what you get while acting.

For Disney, you will need a good agent or connections to get into their business. Remember acting takes time. First sometimes you start out just being an extra. Sometimes it takes over 10 years for some actors/ actresses to be known to the public, sometimes even longer than that. Acting is a very hard business there will be A LOT and I mean A LOT OF REJECTION. So if you cant take rejection, acting probably isn't for you. Remember when you audition never be sure you will get the part. You don't know what directors and casting people are looking for. And if you are turned down, dont take it personal. Your just not what their looking for right now.

Hope I helped and good luck =)

  4. You need a talent agent. You parents have to get one for you., There is no hope of Disney work unless they happen to be filming on location near you.

  5. if youre lucky, there may be a disney channel england..im not sure, youd know batter than me. other than that, your disney dreams are skim..but you should get a talent scout and headshots and a resume .hope i helped! =]
