Question:

ADD, everything distracts me, what can I do?

Right now I should be working but I am so easily and frequently distracted (I work on a computer) I will bring my focus back to work but pretty soon there is something else, (usually a thought) that derails me again so I'm constantly re-focusing and very inefficient in the process.

I have started taking some natural supplements but it may take up to a month to see results. In the meantime is there something else?

  2. Haha same here. Until recently I was just like tht but I find listening to classical music makes me work faster and makes me less stressed while I work (which is a big reason for distraction). At first I thought it would be distracting but it helped. It kept all noises and thoughts away so I could really focus on my homework. Try it, maybe it'll help? Hope you'll find something that will work for you!

  3. There's nothing wrong with having ADD.  My boyfriend has it and i have no worries with it whatsoever.  His solution is making jokes.  Being a bit of a smart *** and it sort of keeps him on task.  He said listening to music helps as well.

    I don't think you need to take any natural supplements, not that i disagree with taking them.  I just think it's a mind over matter thing. If you find yourself getting distracted try listening to some music.  Or having fun in the process.

    Chew gum.
