I'm 14, and I try to be as healthy as possible, but sometimes that doesn't work out. I was throwing out some junk food today, and all of a sudden I started digging into a jar of peanut butter. I tried to stop, but I just couldn't! That's not the first time I've gone overboard and couldn't control myself. I don't do that all the time, but when I do eat too much of something, I feel fat and regret it moments later. I think of the consequences as I eat, but I can't stop! What's wrong with me? Please give me some advice to be able to control myself!!!!
