ADELAIDE.Where is the best part of the city to live,given that my family shall be working around the Bedford?

Park area.Somewhhere that is decent,but not outrageously expensive?

Morphett Vale is between 5 & 10 minutes drive away. We've got a 3-4 bedroom house for rent on 6 month lease from August. If you're interested email me.

I recommend the area up past Flagstaff Road (the big hill). Suburbs like Aberfoyle Park, Happy Valley and Blackwood are very nice places to live, and the houses don't cost too much either. You can get a house in a very built up area, or relatively secluded from major centres. It's not too far away from Bedford Park, and it's a good area to live.

Around that area is all nice. Suggestions are:

Brighton area - beachy and very nice

Flagstaff Hill or Aberfoyle Park - larger suburban houses

Colonel Lt Gardens - slightly smaller character older style houses closer to city.

These areas all have very good schools etc.

Less expensive is Morphett Vale area further south, but perhaps not quite as nice an area. Anywhere nearby north, east or west of Bedford Park will be a very nice place to live.
