  1. an ADHD diet should NOT consist of high fructose corn syrup (HFCS). HFCS is high in sugar. A lot of these ADD, ADHD, Autism type problems are associated with too much sugar, HFCS is the leading sugar that causes these mind problems.

  4. Loose the sugar and carbs.  Go exercise every day and I think most of the symptoms will go away.  Drink lots of good processed water also.
