ADT alarm system question?

Question

If the system is armed to away (that means if a door is opened, you have one minute to turn it off), how do I open a window or in the basement take the bars off without setting off the alarm

I can't take the sensor on the windows off, theyre glued

ADT systems allow you to bypass zones,

So, simply bypass the zones of the windows, it is equivalent to disabling the sensors in those windows.
