I was thinking of calling the towing company to get his car(s) towed, however I don't know how he would retaliate, and it's also not the best way to solve the problem. Any advice would be appreciated :)

  1. Is it actually on your property or is it just on the curb by your house?

  2. What I would do is put a Private Property and No Parking sign up.  If they still continue to do it, call the non-emergency line to the police and file a complaint.  they will come and assess the situation.  And take action.

  3. Build a fence?

Tow and then have that on the record so when he retaliates it's on the record.

  4. Post a sign that says "NO PARKING - VEHICLE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE"

and the next time he parks there....have it towed.....

  5. It would be helpful if you told us where on your property.  If it's in front of your house on the street, that is not your property.  Your neighbor then would just be being rude. Nothing illegal.

If it is on your "land" then call the police and have them deal with it.  You don't want to start towing other people's cars.  The retaliation would be great.

  6. Seems you have no choice but to have the police tow them. Make sure they are ON your property, not just in front of it.

  7. Post a no trespassing sign with the warning violators will be prosecuted. When he parks there again, call the police who can arrange to have vehicle towed if he dares to refuse to remove the car(s).
