AE All Access Pass??????

ok so at american eagle there is this thing called the ae all access pass. and i hav one under my moms name because i got it before i was 13, now im 14 and hav nvr used it before. my mom doesnt remember the username or password. what do i do??

you can call the ae hotline number on their website. thats what i did:

my brother and i shared an account, and i wanted to see how many points we had, but my brother set up the account and never finished/remembered anything from it. i went to the website, found the number, called and they set up the account for you.

http://www.ae.com (you may have to search a little bit to find it, but look for the ae all access pass, then look for the help number)

if you dont want to do that, you can also go and get another ae all access pass and start over
