AEC....billing....why AEC issues bills due to discount on last dates of month...?

AEC issues bills such that a salaried person can not pay bills on last dates of month.....and thus looses discount...why they do such?AEC can issue their bills on last dates of month..and can give discount upto 7th of next month...so salaried person can paywith benefit of discount

You can take up this issue collectively with like minded people with the CEO of AEC, and see what is his response to your problem.

In case you are not satisfied with the response/outcome, you should take up the issue through your local MLAs / MP who can prevail upon the corporation to accommodate the genuine needs of the city residents. These elected representatives do have effective channels to address the genuine needs of the people of their respective areas.
