AEG COMPETENCE DOUBLE OVEN - 13 year old model

Question

Please help. I reside in Johannesburg, South Africa. My AEG double Competence oven had a black external glass panel that clipped onto the front of my oven. This was broken during a cleaning session. The oven is 13 years old and in perfect working order. The sticker that used to be in the oven door indicating the exact model of the oven is no longer there. The local AEG outlet tells me that they cannot supply me with this glass and even Germany cannot help! I do not want to have to replace a perfectly good double oven with a new one just because of the external glass not being available. Can you help?? Many thanks in advance - Matilda ([e-mail])
