i had my implant taken out on july 25th... i had what seemed like implantation bleeding on the 27 and 28th, not saying that is what it was, but it wasnt blood... it was a streak in my CM when i wiped and nothing else... we have been BDing every other day, sometimes ever 2 days since then... i didnt want to get my hopes up too much, so i just assumed that my last period was when i got it out... so i checked and if i had started on the 27 of july, i would have ovulated and been most fertile around aug 5,6,7,8, 9... we have BDed on these days as well... since getting the implant taken out i have been having cramps like im about to start, but never do... my b***s are usually sore when i get ready to start, but they havent hurt at all really, they are both REALLY sensitive but my left is a little tender... the past few days i cant seem to get enough sleep!!!! i know that i cant really test until thur, bc that is when i would start my period... but what do yall think?

oh i have also had metal mouth a couple of times in the past week, cramps again, but now nothing... i feel like my AF may be coming but she never does!!!! any ideas?????

  1. Hard to say really. You can't calculate ovulation until you know how long your natural cycles are (ie: until you've gone through 2 periods after the Implanon, you don't know what your new natural cycle is. It might not be like your cycles were before the b/c -- mine weren't!

Anyway, ovulation is 14 days before your next period starts. Pretty much always between 12 and 16 days anyway. So in fact, you might have ovulated early which would mean you can test sooner than you think. I was always on a 28-day cycle but then after b/c it became a 24-day cycle, so I ovulate on CD10 and can test on CD24.

Get some Dollar Tree tests and maybe start testing on Sunday if you still feel tired etc. Good luck!
