AFL World Relocation?

Does anyone know where AFL World has moved to? The one that used to be at QV Building. And when it is opening again, if it hasn't already? I went there once and it was really good but when I went to go there again it was closed and it has been absolutely impossible to find out information.

  1. http://www.afl.com.au/FunGames/AFLWorld/...

Sensis offices have moved in there at QV instead, what a waste

  2. i think it is at the dome or mcg... cant quite remember

  3. the article smash posted says it is opening (opened) in the national sport museum at the mcg in march this year

    so get down there

  4. Yeah I know I was going to go there but it was closed

  5. AFL world no longer exists, it has become part of the Nation Sports Museum which has other sports such as cricket and netball displays aswell as AFL. The Nation Sports Museum   is  located in at the  Melbourne Cricket Ground, on Brunton Avenue in Richmond (Melbourne-Victoria, Australia), within the confines of Yarra Park.

  6. I heard a rumour that it went broke.  That's a pity.  It had great interactive displays, was well set out and staffed by friendly people.

I went to it when I was on holidays in Melbourne and had a great time.  I was practically the only person in it.  Also it was well tucked away.

I'm assuming the inner city rents may have killed it too.
